Just a note to let you all know that I have now completed the 1980's volume of the Doo Dah Diaries and have started issuing it to fans. If you would like a copy please visit the project website web.mac.com/doo.dah.diaries and see if you can answer any of the questions or just email me if you have some info that you think would be good for the Doo Dah Diaries. Hope you join the project, (no cost to you), and help build the complete history of the Bonzos. David

Does anybody have a record of any gigs by any of the Bonzos between 1980 and 1989, as I only have a few noted in the Doo Dah Diaries. I know Neil Innes toured in the USA in 1985 but I only have one date. If you log on the Doo Dah Diaries website, you will find my email link on "The Question" page. Any input will get you a copy of the volume for the 1980's. Support of fans with this project would be appreciated. David

My copy of the Doo-Dah diaries has arrived! I shall start reading it as soon as I can, and regarding information about the band. The Documentary about Viv I uploaded by Stephen fry has quite a lot of info about the band, don't know if there are enough specific dates for it to be useful to you but It's probably worth a listen.

Nancy - glad your volumes arrived safely. I will take a listen to the documentary when I get a chance. Right now I'm still busy adding to the 1980's volume and sending out copies. Currently in the process of sending the 1980's volume to the individual Bonzos. Hopefully soon I'll have time to start further developing some other years. Hope you enjoy. David

If you see any reviews of "Pour L'Amour Des Chiens" in the press, please let me know. You could get yourself a volume of the Doo Dah Diaries in return. Link on: web.mac.com/doo.dah.diairesIt will be interesting to see how it is received by the music press. I suspect they won't get it - but hopefully I am wrong.

I've been told that it gets a 4 star review in the next issue of Mojo. Things are looking up!
