Great news. Roger Ruskin Spear, Rodney Slater, Sam Spoons and the great Dave Glasson (original Whoopee Band, Tatty Ollity, Slightly Dangerous Brothers etc) are performing a one-off gig at the Latest Musicbar in Brighton on Saturday 11th October. Details are on the Doo Dah Diaries website. A show not be be missed by Bonzo lovers who can make it to Brighton. Cheers David

This sounds fantastic!!
I don't suppose any Bonzo fans are making the trip to brighton and can help out some poor penniless comedians?
Car sharing? Travel tips? Dark matter teleportation? Undersea propulsion?
perhaps through evolutionary techniques we can sprout fly-like wings and descend on brighton?
Or perhaps begin moulding ourselves into living barnacles and cling silently to the underside of brighton peir. Waiting for our moment to ascend to the surface.
If you hadn't gathered it already The Electric Head would love to go.
if we don't we may be consumed by the mundanity of the everyday and find ourselves turning into something quite repulsive.
I forgot what the question was.

No problems - would be nice to meet some like-minded folks! I guess we'll be going down the M25,but might tryand cut through London city, as I hate the M25 with an unseemly passion! Then A23, I think it is (perhaps I'd better look at a map!). We're staying overnight by the seaside, so that might be worth knowing in case you were wanting to get home the same day! Anyway, let me know if you want a lift and we'll oblige!

From the rehearsal that I was lucky enough to witness, this is going to be a great show... mostly Bonzos numbers. The venue is nearly sold out so book those tickets now. David

That's a shame, Al. Have a great time at the Bill Posters show, won't you?
If you change your mind......we'll be swinging by the Big City about 12ish - 1ish (go on, you know you want to...........!)
Liked your myspace, by the way - you're obviously a nutter - I like that!
Take care - go well

A nutter?
I ask you....
Thanks again for the offer and although I am certainly tempted I just cant spare the cash for Brighton.
Seeing the gang at the Bill Posters show was enough for me though. I'll need a good couple of weeks to recover.
Glad you liked the myspace. Check out the Electric Head podcasts won't you? I can guarantee you will like them....maybe.....
Available on all good Itunes.
Do you have a myspace where we can add your good self?
Maybe meet up for a show some other time.
thanks again AL
