Yesterday I ran across a recording of a radio program from 1995 called All Mixed Up: Beatlemania, produced by Peter Bochan at WBAI in New York City. I've been an admirer of his work for 30+ years, and have added a folder to my Soulseek account so people can sample his stuff. He's a master editor - he does two programs: 1. Shortcuts (half hour), which I refer to as audio anthropology - mix of music, audio from film and tv, sound fx, etc., and 2. All Mixed Up (1 or 2 hours), which is mixed live on the air. I had forgotten that the Beatlemania program features a lengthy segment from The Craig Torso Show and includes several bits from the Rutles. The hour ends with "Piggy In The Middle". Thought the members of the board should be made aware of their availability. My Soulseek user id is stembottom. As always, if you don't use Soulseek (and if not, why not?), I can e-mail you a copy. BTW, Shortcuts is highly recommended listening. A good introduction would be "Altered Shortcuts", which I consider one of Peter's masterpieces.
