Hard to see how they can without Viv, but they still have Neil I suppose.

I think there was something in the tour program about not touring but doing some festivals in 2007.
Maybe they'll recruit some more people to write with, sounds interesting whatever they do.

I hope they do the Bestival, that would be worth the ticket price to see.

"Purple Sprouting Brocoli" has been a regular in the set of the Bill Posters Will Be Band for the last few months, sung by (and I assume written by) Sam Spoons. It is a jolly little ditty, and the audience is asked to sing along with the chorus whilst one of the other band members holds up the words.

After a 35 year wait it's great to be listening to a new Bonzos album. Needless to say it's totally different to the original 5 albums. A number of songs / interludes are familiar from Neil Innes concerts but I'm not dissappointed. Really like "Beautiful People" (assume it is Legs singing) from my first listen.

I'm not sure we have a lot of members who don't post much, the yahoo group knows about the board.

Like John Hobbs I pre-ordered mine from bonzodog.co.uk and received it Friday. As well as the CD and DVD, I also received a "free" copy of the "Wrestle Poodles" double live CD. (I already have it so I'm giving it to my son.) The DVD shows performances from the last night at the Shepherd's Bush Empire. Only a shame that it doesn't show more of the show.
