A thread on other comedy musical artistes seemed like a good idea... So I'll start with a classic: They Might Be Giants are still doing weird stuff, and loads of it is free! They can be found at www.tmbg.comand I've purloined a particularly stunning example from their latest podcast for your pleasure: www.51055.com/friendly/greeneggs.mp3

Yes, it's hard to find worm tracks (you know I couldn't resist). There is precious little on YouTube as well, except for this, and it's far from their best. But you can get some Arrogant Worms audio here. Here are a couple of songs by the sketch comedy troupe The Vestibules (a.k.a. Radio Free Vestibule): Christmas on Acid and "The Ballad of Marshall McLuhan". Am off after Sacktrick now!

I remember Corky and the Juice Pigs are they still around? They were rather good and the highlight of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for me anyway.

I remember Corky and the Juice Pigs are they still around? They were rather good and the highlight of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for me anyway. Not that I know of. Sean Cullen (the one who did most of the singing and impressions) has gone off on his own, doing stand-up, hosting programs for CBC radio and TV, and sundry other things like theatre (he was Max Bialystock, the Zero Mostel role, in The Producers in Toronto, for example) www.seancullen.comPhil Nichol (the guitar guy) hangs out in the UK - I think you can look him up on Chortle www.chortle.co.ukGreg Neale (the tall one) -- not sure about him, one website says he is teaching and writing a book...

You're so welcome. It's a service we provide here at the Bonzo Board Their other big "hit" was "I'm the only gay Eskimo" (link provided by BZ) - about as politically incorrect and suggestive as it gets. I can't help but think that Viv S would have loved it (trying vainly to get in a Bonzo link!)

More weird Canadian stuff: the FranticsVintage Frantics: Dirty Words and Mr. Canoehead (the latter is very poor quality, alas) From their 2005 reunion: Dutch Cowboys(Those familiar with The Red Green show will recognize Rick Green a.k.a. "Bill" of "Adventures With Bill")
